Faculty:
You may have received an email that a Yuja Account has been created for you, this is normal. Yuja is our new Video Enterprise system that is replacing Canvas Studio. We are asking that you please login to the Yuja instance so that all of your Canvas Studio videos can properly migrate over to the new system. Please use the following steps to login and activate your Yuja so that all of our video migrations can occur:
- Click to go to Yuja on the public-facing site at: https://heartland.yuja.com
- Under the “Login Using” button (far top-right corner), choose “Login in with Heartland Community College Single-Sign-On” and select “Login.”
- Sign in with your HCC credentials.
Once you have signed in, that will activate your account and the migration of your Studio content can occur. Some of you have not logged into the Yuja site yet, thus, we are unable to migrate content.
I appreciate your help in getting your accounts activated so we can continue our migration as seamlessly as possible. Please reach out if you have questions, take care.
