Happy last day of the Spring 2022 semester!
In the TLC, we've been getting quite a few questions on how to pull grades from Canvas and post them into IRIS. As you know, grades can now be pulled from Canvas into the Faculty Work Center, thus eliminating the need to enter grades twice. With this change, you can access the new Faculty Work Center through Canvas or the Employee Portal.
First to do this, please make sure your grading scheme is enabled. You'll know if it's enabled if you are seeing a letter grade in your gradebook next to the percentage or point value in the total column. If you are still unsure if your grading scheme is turned on, check out this tutorial.
Our Registar's office has made a great tutorial on how to pull your final grades. You can do this straight from Canvas or from the employee portal. View the tutorial here.
Your last step you might need to do is export your grades and submit to your Division Administrative Assistant. Follow this tutorial if you need a quick refresher.
